3D Model Appears Rough or Stutters (Flickering)

While using IRONCAD, you may encounter the following issues:
The edges of 3D models appear rough and performance becomes sluggish (stuttering).
The screen turns white during zoom operations.
Reference: There's no snap.
Notes
If the above procedure does not resolve the issue, please try the solution described in this article. It may improve performance.

Causes:

There are various causes.
The system does not meet the minimum requirements.

An inappropriate renderer is selected.

Solution:

[1] Download the file HoopsSupport20xx.txt provided at the bottom of this page.
Notes
Be sure to download the file corresponding to your version of IRONCAD.
Click HoopsSupport20xx.zip to open the download page.
On the download page, click Download to begin.

From IRONCAD 2023: Hoops Support 2023.Zip
From IRONCAD 2022: Hoops Support 2022.Zip
From IRONCAD 2021: Hoops Support 2021.Zip

[2] Extract (unzip) the downloaded file.
[3] If IRONCAD is currently running, close it.
[4] Double-click HoopsSupport20xx.reg and run it.
[5] If you see a message, click Yes.


[6] The registry will be updated.
When the process is complete, a confirmation message will appear.


[7] Restart IRONCAD and check whether the issue has been resolved.
Warning
Windows 11 is supported only with IRONCAD 2022 and later versions.
Even after adding [HoopsSupport] to the registry, the issue may not be fully resolved in all cases.
