Aligning Cylindrical Parts Using Concentric Constraints

Aligning Cylindrical Parts Using Concentric Constraints

This section explains how to position cylindrical parts and cylindrical holes with different orientations using concentric alignment.

Methods:

  1. Using TriBall to manually align parts concentrically
    → No constraint applied
  2. Using the [Concentric] constraint in the Assembly Constraints
    → Constraint applied
When using the [Concentric] constraint, moving one part will automatically move the constrained counterpart as well.
Notes
Constraints are also required when applying motion, such as in animations or Mechanism Mode.
