Changing Performance Settings
The performance of 3D CAD operations, including image rendering and command execution, is greatly affected by the hardware and graphics card in use.
IRONCAD allows you to configure performance-related settings to help maintain smooth usability, even when working with large data sets or complex models.
procedure:
[1] Open
[Options] in the [Menu] or from the [Quick Access Toolbar].

[2] In the Options dialog, select [Performance] from the list on the left.
1. Parts design
Enabling this option will trigger parametric calculations for each operation, such as adding items from the catalog or executing commands during model creation.
This may increase processing time.
It is recommended to uncheck unnecessary options to improve performance.
For operations involving boundary definition during part design, this option should be enabled.
2. Rendering
Enable this option to increase display speed, such as during zooming, panning, or rotating the view.
However, if the frame rate is low, enabling this option may cause small parts (e.g., bolts) to not display, or use low-quality transparency, making certain features appear missing.
For standard part modeling, it is recommended to keep this option unchecked for more accurate display.
