Commands Display in English When Launching IRONCAD

This section explains the causes and solutions when all or some of the commands appear in English when IRONCAD is launched.
(For users in Japan mainly)

Causes:

  1. An older version of IRONCAD was installed on a PC that already had a newer version installed.
  2. IRONCAD was uninstalled without following all the steps outlined in the user guide, and then reinstalled.
  3. The language pack software was not installed correctly.

Solutions:

  1. Completely uninstall all versions of IRONCAD, including the newer version, and then reinstall them in order from the oldest to the newest.
  2. Refer to the user guide and delete all related folders and registry entries before reinstalling.
  3. Open the Control Panel on your PC, go to [Programs] → [Programs and Features], and then open [Uninstall a program].
Locate the Language Pack software for the relevant version, right-click it, and select [Repair] from the context menu.
After completing the repair, launch IRONCAD and check if the interface is displayed correctly in Japanese.
If the Language Pack is not present, it is possible that it was not installed properly due to a lack of administrative privileges or interference from security software.
In that case, disable the security software and log in with a user account that has administrative privileges, then proceed with the installation.
