Deselect Elements and TriBall
This section explains how to deselect elements (parts/assemblies) or the TriBall that are currently selected in the 3D scene.
To deselect a selected part or other element, you can click on an empty area of the scene. However, in a densely packed part environment, this may be difficult to operate.
The following methods allow for easy deselection of [elements] and [TriBall]:
Method 1: Press the [Esc] key on the keyboard.
To deselect elements using the [Esc] key, you need to enable this option in the settings.
Go to: 3D [Options] → [Interaction] → [Feature Behavior] → Check [Arrow deselection with the “Esc” key].
Method 2: Left-click on the white background area of the [Scene].
