Error Displayed when creating Spin Shape

When creating a spin shape from a 3D sketch, the following error message may appear.


This occurs when the cross-sectional shape is created crossing the Y-axis or the custom-defined rotation axis.


Solution:

Modify the cross-sectional shape so that it does not cross the rotation axis—for example, by changing it to a half shape.
