After installing IRONCAD, you may find that the software launches with the English interface instead of Japanese.
Factors:
The Japanese Language Pack for IRONCAD is not installed.
The registry setting for the language is set to 0.
Solution:
Japanese Language Pack Not Installed
[1] In the Windows search box, type [Control Panel] and open it.
[2] Select [Program].
[3] Click [Uninstall a Program].
[4] Make sure IronCAD 20×× PU1 JA-JP Language Pack(×64) is installed.
If it is not installed, proceed to Step 5.
If it is already installed, skip to the section [Registry Setting is Set to 0] below.
[5] On the installation media drive, navigate to the following folder:
Installation media drive: \x64\package\LangPack\ja-jp
[6] Run [IC_LangPack_Setup_x64.exe] in the folder.
Security software may interfere with the installation. If possible, temporarily disable security software before proceeding.
Registry is set to 0.
[1] In the Windows search box, type [regedit] and launch the [Registry Editor].
[2] In the Registry Editor, navigate to the following path:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\IronCAD\IRONCAD <Version>\General\Current Language
※The <Version> in IRONCAD corresponds as follows:
The IronCAD version is as follows:
Ironcad 2023 is Ironcad 25.0
Ironcad 2024 is Ironcad 26.0
Ironcad 2025 is Ironcad 27.0
[3] Double-click [Current Language].
[4] Check the value under Value data.
If it is set to 0, change it to [411].
The language setting values are as follows:
0: English
411: Japanese
