Create Revision Symbol

Create Revision Symbol

This guide explains how to create revision symbols in CAXA Draft.

You will overlay a triangle shape and a number, combine them into a block, and then register it in the parts library.

Procedure:

[1] Go to the [Common] tab → select [Polygon] to create a triangle.
Click [Polygon], then in the lower-left instance menu, set [Side number] to 3 to draw a triangle.

[2] Go to the [Drawing] tab → use [Text] to place a number over the triangle.
Select both the triangle and the text, then right-click and choose [Create Block] to group them into a block.

[3] Once the block is created, you can register it in the [Parts Library] for reuse.
