Copy with Base Point

After projecting a 3D shape into CAXA Draft, you can copy and use the projection drawing.

Procedure:

[1] If you want to copy the projection drawing by aligning a specific part of it to the target point, click [Copy with Base Point] in the [Common] tab.



[2] When you move the mouse cursor over the shape, an orange marker will appear.
Left-click the point you want to set as the base point.



[3] Click [Paste] in the [Common] tab.



[4] Click the point where you want to paste the drawing to confirm the copy.
