IRONCAD Shuts Down When Using EXB to PDF

IRONCAD Shuts Down When Using EXB to PDF

In IRONCAD’s 2D Draft (CAXA Draft), there have been cases where using [EXB To PDF (PNG, TIF, JPG).drv] causes IRONCAD to shut down unexpectedly.

Solution:

[1] Delete the folder that stores UI and other settings from the following location:

In the case of IRONCAD 2023.
C:¥Users¥ [Set Username] ¥AppData¥Roaming¥CAXA¥CAXA CAD CXIC-INT 2023 (x64)¥23.1

In the case of IRONCAD 2024.
C:¥Users¥ [Set Username] ¥AppData¥Roaming¥CAXA¥CAXA CAD CXIC-INT 2023 (x64)¥24.0

[2] Launch 2D Draft (CAXA Draft) and change the default printer driver to something other than [EXB to PDF (PNG, TIF, JPG)].

Going forward, please use a PDF driver other than [EXB to PDF (PNG, TIF, JPG)].
