Unable to Import Point Cloud Files

Point cloud files typically use extensions such as .PTS and .PTX.
If the import into IRONCAD fails, please try the following steps:

Solution:

[1] Open 3D Options Settings, enable [Full Multi-Threading (needed for Point Cloud)] in the [Rendering] section.

[2] Click [Apply] and then [OK] at the bottom right of the [Options] window.

[3] click [Import Geometry] in the [Assembly] tab and select the Point Cloud file.

Notes
If the import still fails after performing the above steps, please contact our support team for assistance.
