Create a 3D sketch on a polyline

In IRONCAD, the main method for creating shapes is by dragging and dropping blocks or cylinders from the Shape Catalog and directly forming the geometry using IntelliShape handles. However, it is also possible to draw a sketch on a sketch plane and model from it.

This method is effective when you want to create a complex cross-sectional shape on a single plane that is not a simple geometry.

To draw shapes in a sketch, use the commands in the [Sketch] tab → [Drawing] group.
