Lock ID isThe licensee (You can check out IronCAD License Manager.

Lock IDThe procedure for checking is as follows:
[Windows Start Button][All Programs][IronCAD 2xxx]Open the License Manager Tool.


[Show Current Active LicensesSelect [Click [Next].


The lock ID is displayed.


Copy the Lock ID.


Select [Select Action] → [Send Information to Support for Help] and click [Next].



When the screen above opens,[Copy]Click to copy the information to the clipboard.
