This section explains how to create line segments in a 2D sketch within a 3D Scene.
Use the following tools from the [Sketch] tab → [Drawing] group:
[Two Point], [Tangent], and [Perpendicular].
Procedure:
[Two point] Operation
[1] Click [2-Point] in the [Sketch] tab.
[2] Left-click to select a desired position as the start point.
[3] Then left-click again to select the end point, and a line will be created.
To Draw with Specified [Length] and [Angle]
[1] [1] Click [2-Point].
[2] Left-click to select a desired start point.
[3] Then right-click to select the end point. The [Line Length/Slope Edit] dialog will appear.
[4] Enter any value and click OK to create a line by specifying Length and Tilt.
[Tangent] Operation
[1] Before drawing a tangent line, create a circle.
[2] Click [Tangent] in the [Sketch] tab.
[3] Select the circle. A tangent line to the selected circle will be created.

You must select a circle or arc first. Otherwise, the tangent line cannot be created.
[Perpendicular] Operation
[1] Click [Perpendicular] in the [Sketch] tab.
[2] Select a target line or circle, and a perpendicular line will automatically be created.
