Create variable fillets

This section explains how to use the [Variable] option of the [Blend Edges] feature in the [Features] tab.

Procedure:

[1] Click [Blend Edges] in the [Feature] tab.


[2] In [Blend Type], select [Variable].


[3] In [Advance Options], uncheck all options.


[4] Left-click [Geometry], then left-click the edge where the blend will be applied.


[5] Click [Set Points Number]. Variable points will now appear on the selected edge.
Before clicking [Set Points Number].


After clicking [Set Points Numbe]


[6] Select a variable point by left-clicking it. For each point, you can set both the [Radius] and the [Percentage].
In [Variable], you can also specify values using [Percentage (%)].


[7] After setting the [Radius] and [Percentage] for each variable point, click [OK].


[8] The variable fillet will be created with the specified settings.
